     Ms. Cadena is the advisor for the or- ganization. She donates her time to en- sure the organization is following all university guidelines. She works closely with the officers to support them in their future fundraising and volunteer activities.

     Lilly is in charge of holding all officer and general meetings and ensuring that all aspects of the organization are run- ning smoothly. She serves as the liaison between the faculty, organization and the student body. Lilly also maintains the S.W.A.C.T newsletter.

     Angelica assists the president on all on- going activities within the organization. This year, Angelica has organizaed the very first S.W.A.C.T. design t-shirt con- test. For the 2008-2009 school year, Angelica will serve as the scholarship chairperson.

     Christina maintains all of the financial aspects of the organization. She ensures that all university and state regulations are met concerning school organiza tions. For the 2008-2009 school year, Chrstina will assist with the newsletter and acquire donation from the area.

     Sharon maintains all of the meeting minutes and ensures that all officers are on the same level of communication. She also serves as the recruitment chair- person. She ensures that all new mem- bers are updated in the organization’s roster and informs of all meetings.
